Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with relevant skills and interest are welcome.
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in business development in Software Company.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, Leads generated from Digital Marketing etc.
- Search new businesses who might be interested in services offered by our company and convert them into paid clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes and finalizing proposal.
- On-boarding clients by taking required information to start the project.
- Communicating with clients while the project is going.
- Getting client approval after project is completed and insuring client is satisfied with the work.
- Following up with client for pending amount after work is completed
