Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Freshers with relevant skills and interest are welcome.
  • Prior experience of 1-2 years in business development in Software Company.


Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

  • Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, Leads generated from Digital Marketing etc.
  • Search new businesses who might be interested in services offered by our company and convert them into paid clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes and finalizing proposal.
  • On-boarding clients by taking required information to start the project.
  • Communicating with clients while the project is going.
  • Getting client approval after project is completed and insuring client is satisfied with the work.
  • Following up with client for pending amount after work is completed

  • Willingness to travel and meet client alone and with Team members
  • Hindi, English or regional language speaking Female Candidate.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills.
  • Overall experience of 1-2 Years in IT Sales / Business Development (Freshers are also Welcome)
