Cancellation and Refund Policy

At 360 IT Hub, we are committed to delivering quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, necessitating the need to cancel or request a refund. Please read our policy below:

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service contracts at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation request must be sent at least 7 days before the service commencement date for any refunds to be considered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund: If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the start date, a full refund will be provided.
• Partial refund: If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start date but before the service has begun, a 50% refund will be processed.
• No refund: If cancellation is made after the service has started, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Services that have already been delivered or completed.
• Custom work or consulting services that have been initiated as per client specifications.
