Techno-Functional Business Analyst (Entry Level)

Qualifications:

1. MBA (Operations/IT) or BE/BTech (CS/IT).
2. Certification in business analysis (preferred).

Key Skills:

1. Strong communication and documentation skills.
2. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
3. Basic understanding of business processes in industries like retail, healthcare, or education.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms (preferred).
5. Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

1. Create and maintain documentation (BRD, SOW, workflows, status reports).
2. Conduct client interviews, workshops, and surveys for requirements elicitation.
3. Perform As-Is and To-Be Gap Analysis to optimize workflows.
4. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
5. Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure solutions align with business needs.
6. Facilitate workshops to refine requirements and design ERP solutions.
7. Support UAT, post-implementation reviews, and client training.
8. Provide ongoing client support and optimize internal delivery processes.

Delivery Management:::

1. Plan and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and teams.
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
5. Conduct client updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
