**Job Title:** HR Recruiter **Location:** Near Central Silk Board Metro Station, BTM Layout, Bangalore **Salary:** ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month **Gender:** Female Candidates Preferred **Experience Required:** 0 to 2 years **Working Hours:** 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off) **Job Responsibilities:** * Sourcing and screening candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases. * Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. * Handling end-to-end recruitment processes. * Maintaining recruitment reports and documentation. * Building a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements. * Coordinating with teams for smooth onboarding processes. **Skills Required:** * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
